Advocacy

The purpose of the advocacy committee is to support members is state and public matters. Our committee pledges to:

• Keep our members updated on NE legislation that affects school librarians

• Advocate with the state school board, NLA, NDE and the NE Legislature

• Support our school libraries when book challenges occur
